Speculation on the organization or person responsible for the leaks of DNC emails continues to drive the Hillary Clinton campaign of dis-information - and has now landed on "Russia" - which Mr John Bolton a former Ambassador to the United Nations under George Bush remarked "how did the dumb Russians hackers leave their fingerprints on Hillary but not DNC?".
